At Lift Up we are dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs, and their families, to receive the support and services they need and deserve. Through our tailored educational, social, and professional programs, we strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. Our vision is to foster a world where neurodiversity is embraced, celebrated, and accommodated, allowing every individual to contribute positively to their communities and lead fulfilling lives.

Our Story

Empowerment

Our daughter was diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) at a young age. As we were digesting this information for the first time, we thought - each such diagnosis should come packaged with a facilitator to guide you through life! While we can't do that, we do want to serve as that bridge. We've learned a lot and continue to grow, but we also know that more is needed to help those facing similar situations. We wanted to create a caring, respectful, strong and resource-rich organization to help those in need of information and advocacy. Our goal is to spread awareness to build a stronger, more inclusive and engaged community.
