About Lift Up
Lift Up was created to help individuals with special needs, and their families, live fulfilling lives in their local communities. This ranges from daily support and resources to future planning for adulthood. Lift Up is currently building out systems, tools and services to meet people where they live. We strive to serve those in our community so they can achieve their goals and potential in life.

Helping Navigate Services
Lift Up provides financial support for individuals to receive after school support/care, tutoring and summer camp grants, all based on need. ​​
Our education initiatives focus on providing individuals and families with help navigating the local and state systems. There are programs and resources available, but these systems are difficult to understand and navigate. We assist with this process so everyone gets what they need.

Find Meaningful Work
We offer a peer-to-peer support group for families and caregivers to understand how best to care for their loved ones, get advice from others and share their story.
We offer job skill development, career
counseling and placement guidance so that individuals can find fulfilling employment opportunities.
